In order to ensure that the equipment on the site was in good condition, he led everyone to work overtime, transport the materials under the bridge to the trestle in the rain, and organize employees to conduct drainage and decontamination to ensure that the products and installation materials were not damaged. In the face of the epidemic, he actively encouraged employees to do ideological work and do a good job in personal protection, so that every employee could stick to his own job with peace of mind, and no employee would shrink from it. In August, he received a phone call from his wife requiring surgery. At this time, it was the critical period of project acceptance. As a key project of the company, Zhengzhou Jinan railway inspection vehicle has high requirements and standards. After receiving the order to advance the delivery date, some people were afraid of difficulties. He volunteered to take the initiative and resolutely took over the important task. He reasonably prepared the construction scheme to ensure the smooth completion of the project installation.
